Pencil Drawing and Object Morphing with Eric Cator
Date & Time: Thursday July 7th, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Blending elements of the real world with the imagined, this workshop will begin with Eric showing some of his own pencil drawings of fantastical creatures while providing some insight into his drawing techniques. This will be followed with a drawing session where participants will be guided through the process of creating their own creature drawings by using ordinary, everyday objects as the starting point, and morphing these objects into images of fantastical beings. Pencils, paper, and inspiring objects will be provided, but feel free to bring your own inspiring object if desired. All skill levels welcome!
